Thank you for shopping at THINH. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Personal care products
  • Sale or clearance items

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@example.com before returning the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
