Cancel / Change Order

At THINH, we understand that mistakes can happen or plans may change. You may request to cancel or modify your order under the conditions below.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placing the order, as long as it has not been shipped yet. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Order Changes

If you wish to change your shipping address, contact details, or product options, please email us within 24 hours after placing the order. After that, changes may not be possible due to processing.

After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. You may, however, follow our Refund & Returns Policy if you wish to return the item after delivery.
