Order Policy

At Trendgot, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience built on trust, precision, and care. Every order is handled with attention to detail, and if something doesn’t go as planned, our team is committed to making it right — promptly, fairly, and always with your satisfaction in mind.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review all order details — including size, color, and quantity — before finalizing checkout to help avoid any mistakes.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, with a 10% cancellation fee applied.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
To request a cancellation, please email support@trendgot.com and include your order number for faster processing.

Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections such as size or color.
If you made a mistake, you can cancel within 24 hours and place a new order.

Need help choosing the right fit or product? Our support team is happy to guide you before checkout to make sure your order is perfect.

Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final.

Items are eligible for return if:
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
• The product differs significantly from its online description

Items are not eligible for return if:
• The item has been used, washed, or altered
• It has minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., loose threads)
• It’s missing original tags or packaging
• The damage was not caused by Trendgot

How to Request a Refund
To begin a refund request, email support@trendgot.com with the following details:
• Your order number
• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
• Proof of purchase
• Shipping receipt (if applicable)

⚠️ Important: Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Refunds include original shipping charges.
If your refund hasn’t appeared within 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider for assistance.

Important Notes
• Return window: 120 days from delivery
• Return shipping costs: Customer’s responsibility (unless caused by a Trendgot error)
• Trendgot is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
